Vumos road project in Vieremä was also published in the regional newspaper Iisalmen Sanomat. Despite the low temperatures we managed to complete the project in time.
The key to the success was to adjust the amount of water used per square meter so that the drying process could take place in time. Otherwise it would have taken ages to dry enough for further processing. Due to the low temperatures we decided to continue the processing of the road surface on a second day just to give the road enough time to dry a bit more.
